Members receive a FREE $2,500 member life insurance.

Members can purchase additional term life, short-term disability and dependent life insurance and are GUARANTEED coverage within 90 days of NEW membership.

• Up to $100,000-member term life insurance
• Member short term disability insurance
• Up to $40,000 spouse/partner term life insurance
• $5,000 or $10,000 child term life insurance

Up to $200,000 term life insurance is available to members and their spouse/partner by providing satisfactory Evidence of Insurability. Spouse/partner and child life insurance enrollment requires the member to be insured. Members must work at least 40 hours per month in their SEIU Local 503 represented position to enroll in life insurance and 80 hours or more per month to enroll in short term disability insurance.

Members can also purchase additional term life, short-term disability and dependent life insurance during an annual open enrollment period.
