In response to COVID-19 our Union signed a letter of agreement forcing DHS to modernize it’s voucher process. We also created the secure email system to enable homecare workers to submit vouchers online.
Click on the correct Branch Name below to access a secure site where you can upload your voucher and have it delivered to DHS.
This program is available to SEIU 503 members only. If you’re not a dues-paying member of our Union, please activate your membership today.
Before proceeding, please read the following note from DHS.
DHS needs to receive the voucher by one of the following four methods:
- Scanned and emailed voucher (no app can be used) via secure email.
- Secure fax
- Drop off at local office/drop off box (please utilize an outside drop off box if the office has provided one)
If none of the above options can be reasonably completed by the voucher submission deadline, a HCW may securely email a picture of voucher that is complete and readable. Please note that this method of receiving a voucher is only allowed during the COVID-19 crisis. Delete any photos used for voucher submission, whether it be on a phone, tablet, computer or other electronic devices. Not doing so, could lead to a HIPAA violation or termination of your provider number.
