Letters of Agreement are like short-term contracts that cover specific issues. During COVID-19, for example, our Union signed many letter of agreement addressing issues specific to the pandemic, such as expanded paid time off or rules about how PPE would be distributed. Below is a list of letters of agreement impacting university employees. SEIU negotiations with individual universities in addition to statewide agreements that cover all seven universities.
