Letters of Agreement are like short-term contracts that cover specific issues. During COVID-19, for example, our Union signed many letter of agreement addressing issues specific to the pandemic, such as expanded paid time off or rules about how PPE would be distributed. Below is a list of letters of agreement impacting the homecare and personal support worker contract.
October, 2020
SEIU 503 signed two LOAs in October, one detailing mask mandates and medical exemptions. Another extended the PTO benefits agreed to in June.
