Our new contract makes it easier for providers to get reimbursed for safety and quality improvements, ensures longer timelines for receiving renewal paperwork to avoid delays in providers getting paid, allocates funding for the creation of new training classes, and includes rate increases in all areas effective this week!

As of October 1, 2017, all providers will get a rate increase of at least 1.5%.  Fellow child care workers, watch your mailbox for a flyer with more details–including the new rate chart so you can see what rate to bill at moving forward!

This contract is only possible because workers like you have stood united for dignity on the job. You have continued to fight for fair wages and advocate for yourselves and for an Oregon economy that works for everyone.
