Together in this year’s contract reopener, higher ed workers throughout Oregon were able to secure cost of living increases, hold the line on healthcare, and maintain annual step increases in the face of potential wage freezes (click here for full details of our tentative agreement with Oregon’s public universities).

And now it’s time to vote on our tentative agreement! We’ll be holding campus ratification meetings at EOU, OIT, OSU, PSU, SOU, UO, WOU, and OSU’s Cascade Bend Extension with personalized voting packets over the next two weeks where you will be able to complete and submit your ballot. Voting on campus will allow you the opportunity to ask questions about the tentative agreement before you vote on it. For higher ed workers not working at one of those eight locations, your voting packet will be mailed to you directly with a copy of our tentative agreement, ballot, and a membership or recommit form. You must be a full member in order for your vote to count.
