Lane Council of Governments Workers Win New Contract

SEIU 503 members employed at Lane Council of Governments (LCOG) just ratified one of the strongest contracts in recent memory. We won this contract because of our Contract Action Team members (CATs) fueling turnout and all the members who showed up to bargaining with signs and to give testimony.

Highlights of their new contract include:

• Cost of living adjustments tied to inflation for the next 5 years, making it one of the strongest economic contracts of any SEIU 503 contract.
• Stronger language on Paid Administrative Leave (PAL) and ADA Accommodation
• Juneteenth as a paid holiday
