Avamere workers settled on a new wage scale with management this week. All current employees will be placed on the new wage scale retroactive to May 1st, 2022. Any current employees making a base wage over the wage scale will receive a 75 cent per hour cost of living adjustment to their current base wage retroactive to May 1st, 2022.
