Big wins in our new contract

  • Contract ratification bonus of $500 for full-time and part-time bargaining unit employees
  • Highest CNA start rate of all SEIU 503 nursing home contracts at $24/hour
  • $20/hour minimum start rates for all positions
  • Entire wage scale increases. Everybody moves up one step. Raises retroactive to 10/1/2024. (See new wage scale below)
  • Workers who are over scale get a $1.53/hr raise
  • Locked in healthcare costs to keep it affordable
  • Separate PTO banks for sick time & vacation
  • 4-year contract
