October 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026
During the Membership Advantage Open Enrollment period, you may enroll in or make changes to the following voluntary benefits:
- Life Insurance
- Short-Term Disability Insurance
- DUO Accident Insurance
- Legal Insurance
Open enrollment is also your opportunity to:
- Add new coverage
- Change existing coverage
- Cancel current coverage
All new enrollments, coverage changes, and cancellations made during open enrollment will become effective January 1, 2027.
