Homecare workers come together for quality services and better jobs

As we enter our 20th year of organizing homecare workers in Oregon, nearly 100 state homecare and personal support workers came together to discuss our bargaining priorities. Our message is clear: we don’t want to just protect what we’ve won, we want to continue to make gains; increasing wages, creating a path to retirement, and ensuring that workers get paid on time, every time.
