We are happy to announce that our bargaining team has reached a settlement with Addus in our current negotiations. The settlement includes immediate pay increases ranging from 4.5-8.7% retroactive to July 1, 2023 and an additional across the board 5% increase on July 1, 2024. Below are the new pay rates.

Additionally, we won our new healthcare plan that many workers are already using, we increased the CNA differential to $0.50 per hour, combined vacation and sick leave into one PTO bank, increased mileage to $0.56 per mile AND won retro payments for mileage driven since November 2021 when Addus should have implemented the increase.
