If you receive Carewell SEIU 503 benefits, you have a great dental plan through Kaiser Permanente. This plan offers preventive care and minor restoration services at no cost to you – this means routine fillings, simple extractions, and teeth cleaning are all free.

But other dental services have coinsurances that require you to pay for a portion of the cost – up to 30% for bridges, crowns, dentures, and implants. Because we know these out-of-pocket dental expenses can really add up, Carewell SEIU 503 has created a temporary reimbursement program for out-of-pocket costs for dental services covered by your 2021 Kaiser plan.

Visit CarewellSEIU503.org/2021-dental-benefit to learn more about how this benefit works and to fill out the Enrollment Form for the Dental Out-of-Pocket Reimbursement Program.

Once your enrollment form is processed, you will start receiving reimbursements for out-of-pocket costs for services covered by your Kaiser dental plan that you received since January 1, 2021. If you haven’t been to the dentist yet this year, now is the time to schedule an appointment with Kaiser and take advantage of this reimbursement program!
