Long-Term CareWorks is sponsored by SEIU 503 and 5 employers representing over 40 skilled nursing facilities across Oregon to provide you with safe, reliable training and career opportunities in the long-term care industry.
The yearlong CNA Apprenticeship program will give you everything you need to master your skills as a CNA—at no cost to apprentices. The program includes:

Our Career Coaches will work with you to build a guided learning experience that will support your goals and interests as you pursue CNA certification and future healthcare opportunities. Apprentices can start working as licensed CNAs after just 8 weeks upon passing the Oregon licensure exam. Once you are certified, Long-Term Careworks will provide you with continued career development support and mentorship.
