Over the past few years, care providers have experienced more than 17,000 incidents of partial pay or late pay, which often took weeks or months to resolve, as there was no clear method to file an incident report at the time.

In a grievance settlement from 2022, OHCC agreed to streamline the process faster by creating a pay form that can be easily filled in online.
