Big news! After more than a year of bargaining, many rallies alongside Teachers, paraecucators, and other PPS workers, hundreds of signed petitions, and much more, an incredible 94% of members voted ‘YES’ on the Tentative Agreement! On Tuesday, February 6th, the PPS School Board will vote to ratify for PPS, then payroll will begin processing the retroactive pay increases.

This contract includes historic improvements to wages, benefits, working conditions, and more, because members took action to make it possible. Our power at the bargaining table is directly connected to the strength of our membership. If you’re not a member yet, join the union today!
