Use this page to report problems with the Oregon Department of Human Services’ new electronic timekeeper system (OR PTC DCI).

Important: This is not the place to get help with the new system. Reporting problems to SEIU 503 will enable us to push DHS to do better, but you also need the system to work now. If you are experiencing an issue that prevents you from logging your hours, contact DHS at PTC.Support@dhsoha.state.or.us. If you are having issues logging in or system errors, DHS will send you to a help desk for support. If you want to reach that number directly, it is 1-855-565-0155.

Report PTC Problems
