Sublocal 392 proposes to amend its Constitution and Bylaws to be replaced by the proposed Bylaws. Many sublocals do not have a Constitution which is unnecessary and having only Bylaws will eliminate the possibility of any conflicting provisions in the two documents. The Sublocal 392 Executive Committee submitted proposed changes which were reviewed and approved by the SEIU Local 503 Rules Committee in accordance with the Union’s Bylaws and members are now asked to vote whether to approve the changes.
