I have been a state employee and union member for 10 years. I am proud to serve as a union steward to assist my coworkers and maintain a fair and safe workplace. Within the union, I have been a general council delegate, served on the executive board for the Employment Department sublocal, and developed union/community partnerships through the Oregon Food Bank to raise funds and donations for local and statewide food drives. I’m committed to making sure SEIU is an inclusive and equitable union. As assistant director of the Human Services Coalition, I will work to make sure we all have a safe workplace, a living wage, and a meaningful voice in our union.
