Hello my name is Serena Mccurdy, I wanted to start by saying , I feel honored to be nominated for this position. I really have enjoyed being a part of SEIU Local 503. I’m PSW in Columbia County and since I became a union member I feel that my work is really valued, and being involved with the bargaining team was a real eye awakening moment for me. I also have enjoyed all that I have learned and want to continue to help our Union Thrive. I believe in the power of working together is what really brings unions together.
