I humbly ask for your vote, for the trust and honor to continue to serve as Statewide Secretary. I am a proud member of SEIU for 20+ years; a CAPE member; a Union leader/activist on the Board, at the University of Oregon, a C.A.T, and a steward since 2010. I am Asian and multilingual. I believe in JUSTICE. Justice is about Humanity. Dignity. Respect. Caring. Persevering. Never giving up. Hope. The labor movement, the civil rights movement and women’s suffrage inspires and drives my passion and advocacy for Rights and JUSTICE FOR ALL: Racial, Gender, Economic, Disability, Social, Immigration, LGBTQIA+, Environmental and Climate Justice. I AM COMMITTED to listen, learn, lead and advocate with heart and grit for integrity, accountability, transparency, equity and inclusivity for sound decisions, processes and solutions. I WILL UPLIFT member voices, our collective power to preserve and protect jobs, benefits, rights and union values. Advocate for accountability and transparency in the political processes to protect public and natural resources. Outreach, education, training and investments to transition to an ecosystem of a just and equitable, clean, green economy.
