1. I have been an active member for 11 years, I have been a part of the Statewide, I have also prepared the budget for the sub local. For ten years. 2. I have always been a fighter for justice and equity, I have been engaged in unions since high school. 3. Im seeking this office to continue my engagement at the state level, I feel confident in messaging the voice of the members. 4. My goals are to be the voice of the members and make sure they are being heard, I also want to be a part of the change in our organization and build a stronger union. 5. The biggest issue I see is being able to connect in person due to all the viruses going around, however we have worked with technology and can still connect. 6.I propose that we offer trainings to continue to maintain connection. 7. Im an active member of HispNet, the co chair for that ERG, I am also a Rise Champion for my local district. I am also the secretary for Seiu Latino Caucus. 8. Im very excited to have the opportunity to run for statewide, I look forward to being your voice and brining up issues and find solutions.
