Zazueta Ceballos, Concepcion – State APD – Marion: Candidate for Director

My name is Concepcion Zazueta , and I am proud to be running for the Region 1 Director seat As a HomeCare worker and active union leader, I am passionate about building a stronger union through leadership, member engagement, and solidarity.
I actively recruit and educate non-members, participate in lobby days, canvass for pro-worker leaders, and help facilitate meetings that bring care providers together. The most rewarding part of my work is helping my coworkers find their voices and realize the power we have when we stand united.
I believe every care provider deserves respect, fair wages, strong benefits, and a seat at the table. If elected, I will continue working to strengthen our union, develop new leaders, and ensure every member has the opportunity to be heard.
