Nursing Homes

Our Union represents more than 4000 workers in 57 Oregon nursing homes. These nursing home workers are employees of Avalon, Avamere, Dakavia, EmpRes, and Prestige. We now represent almost 50% of all nursing home workers in the state! The larger and more active our membership, the stronger our Union.
