72,000 people. 700 elected leaders. All working together for better wages and benefits, a voice on the job, and to grow our union.

SEIU 503 is a democratic, member-run union. Every two years, we elect more than 700 leaders to a variety of positions, such as the Board of Directors, sub local officers, and statewide officers. The people in these roles will shape the work of our Union over the next two years as we bargain strong contracts, represent workers, and grow. Running for office and voting in union elections is the best way that you can shape the course of our Union. Your voice matters. Add it to the conversation.

Election Results:

Revised 4/25/2024

There was an error in the original publication which listed six bargaining delegate positions elected from the Salem campus and one bargaining delegate position elected from the Junction City campus. This failed to deduct the three positions which are automatic bargaining delegates under the Sublocal 392 Bylaws, which are the President and two Vice Presidents. This means there were only four at-large delegates to be elected of the seven delegates afforded to Sublocal 392 under the Union’s Administrative Policies and Procedures, and those remaining four delegates are proportionally split as three delegates from Salem campus and one delegate from Junction City under the sublocal bylaws. This means the results must be revised to the top three vote getters as listed below. There is also a pending election challenge affecting the bargaining delegate election unrelated to this error.
