It is against the law for your supervisor to harass or discriminate against you because of race, color, marital status, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected class under State or Federal Law, or because of your sexual orientation or gender identity.  You may be able to file a grievance for discrimination and/or pursue a discrimination claim through the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries.  Other forms of harassment or bullying by a supervisor are grievable, but most often, a grievance alone does not solve the problem.  You should be in touch with your steward and/or organizer in this situation.
