Where do we go if we don’t know what our rights are or if our rights have been violated?

Our union, what’s where. In our contracts we have won a disciplinary procedure to protect your rights, assuring workers that they can only be disciplined for good cause. We have also won a grievance procedure to protect you and make sure the contract is enforced.  SEIU stewards and Member Resource Center organizers help nursing home workers understand and enforce their contract and their rights.
