All requests for catering, lodging, special support, event support, interpretation, and travel on union business are arranged by union staff on behalf of members. Click here to log into the Order Request Community Portal.
We have moved to a new order request portal with some great new features! Please watch the video below for information on how to access and use the portal. If you have additional questions, please reach out to your organizer for one-on-one support. Thank you!
Deadlines for Order Requests:
- Catering/Meal Credits Request:
- For orders less than 25 people or for Meal Credits – Orders must be submitted by 9 AM the business day prior to when you want the food/credits.Note: Catering for orders with this turnaround time will be from our standard everyday vendors (ie. Panera, Pizza).
- For orders over 25 people or if requesting food from a restaurant of your choice – please allow 3 business days for arrangements.
- Lodging Request: By 9 AM the business day prior to when you want to check-in.
- Data Entry or Special Support Request: Deadline will vary based on project request.
- Event Set Up Request: Please allow 5-7 business days prior to when you want the registration link active. If a site needs to be found and reserved, please allow additional time!
- Interpreter/Transcription Request: Please allow at least 3-5 business days prior to the date of the event. The more time we have, the more successful we will be in booking interpreters with our agency.
- Travel Requests: Please put in request as soon as possible. The earlier we can book flights the better options and pricing will be available.
Room Share Policy:
Lodging is provided in accordance with the SEIU Local 503 Administrative Policies and Procedures. Room Share Exemptions will be approved on a case by case basis. If you have a reason to request an exemption from the room share policy please use the appropriate form below.
