2024 General Election – It’s time to get out the vote!

Ballots for the November 5th General Election are on their way to Oregon voters! With less than 3 weeks until the election, now is the time to tune in, get involved, and make a difference. There are a number of races across the state where the number of SEIU members is greater than the expected margin of victory. That means we have the power to shape elections; we just need to use it. That’s where you come in.

Here are three simple things you can do today to help elect pro-worker champions up and down the ballot:

1. Sign up for a canvass or phone bank shift to talk to voters.
2. Check the candidates endorsed by our members and vote for them.
3. Contribute to CAPE, our voluntary political action committee.

From President of the United States to your local city council, there is a lot at stake in this election. Let’s do our part to make sure we elect leaders who share our values, will always listen to us and work with us, and will deliver on the issues that matter most to working families like ours.
