These meetings are here to keep us organized, equipped and informed. Each meeting will include training, insight into behind-the-scenes work being done to prepare for bargaining and legislative work, and concrete actions that you can take to build labor’s visibility and strength in your worksite or program. October 2022 CAT Project: Bargaining Survey Collection
Right now, State employees across Oregon are preparing to fight for a fair contract in 2022 and 2023. In order to prioritize and address the issues that matter to state workers most, your elected bargaining team need to hear from you! Be sure to complete your bargaining survey and let your bargaining team know what matters most to you.
As a leader, we are coming to you first, to help spread the word about the State bargaining survey. Use the link above to send to your co-workers and encourage them to complete the survey themselves. This is a survey for members of our union only. If a non-member takes the survey, we will not count it. Please talk to non-members in your worksite to invite them to join so they can participate as well. If a non-member registers online before November 9th, they will receive a bargaining survey automatically. If you did not receive the survey link, or need a list of non-members among your CAT assignment, please contact your organizer.
