Affordable, quality healthcare is now within reach! Through the Essential Worker Healthcare Trust, workers can now get great healthcare coverage for a low monthly premium.

This is person-centered healthcare coverage for long-term care workers, by long-term care workers.

Long-term care workers’ jobs are hard enough without having to worry about getting medical care. That’s why responsible employers and SEIU 503 came together to provide an affordable, quality healthcare plan to Oregon’s long-term care workers, who have been overlooked for far too long.

Important information about this exciting program:

Open Enrollment is October 17-November 11. Plans go into effect on January 1, 2023.

Depending on where you live, workers may have a choice of two programs: an HMO program with Kaiser Permanente, or traditional coverage with Regence PPO and OptumRx networks.

The new plans are low-cost: Worker only is $35/month, worker plus spouse is $70/month, or your entire family including all dependents under the age of 26 for $105 a month. The best part? The plans cover 90% of your health care costs.
