As we face an incoming presidential administration known for its anti-LGBTQ+ positions, it’s crucial for trans people to understand their rights. Knowledge is power, especially in challenging times, and being informed about workplace rights, healthcare access, and anti-discrimination laws equips us to stand firm against potential rollbacks.

Together, we will resist any attempts to undermine our dignity, ensuring trans worker rights are prioritized in bargaining contracts and beyond. In solidarity, we’ll continue to support one another, build collective power, and affirm that our fight for justice is far from over – we will persevere, together.
