Statement from AFRAM on Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day

As we know, the times are going to be tough for us all in 2025. We will begin to fight against racism, transphobia, and other forms of oppression that are used to justify economic injustice. We must all be ready to build and defend our communities together and speak words of wisdom and encouragement to help us all march down the road in front of us that seems crooked. Together, we will build an equitable structure that will help us all reach our goals of economic and social justice. We, AFRAM, stand with you through the good and the bad times to make sure we achieve the dream of solidarity for all. We welcome you to this day to work together and fight together to make sure our voices are heard by all in this world.

Join us in honoring the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. today:
