Wage Increases
A $1.91 hourly pay raise for all employees on October 1st, 2024.
Health Insurance
Continue our union health insurance in the face of 10% cost increases, with improvements to protect against future cost increases.
Retirement
New PACS retirement program with an employer match up to 4% of an employee’s income.
After 1 year of employment: 25% vested; 2 years: 50% vested; 3 years: 75% vested; 4 years: 100% vested
Paid Time Off
PTO conversion to paid vacation and paid sick leave.
All accrued PTO under Prestige is paid out.
