Wage Increases
A retroactive 3% raise to the wage scale to October 1st, 2024. Staff move up one step. Employees aid above the wage scale shall receive a retroactive 3% raise to October 1st, 2024.
Health Insurance

Employee Premiums

Weekend Shift Differentials
All employees shall receive a $1.00 per hour increase for all hours worked from Friday at 10pm to Monday at 6am.
Safer Staffing Requirements
New staffing protections prioritize decisions based on patient acuity and needs, with Volare and SEIU collaborating to meet federal standards. Staff can address workload concerns with supervisors for support. Mandation is limited to emergent situations, preventing it from becoming a standard tool for shift coverage.

Next Steps
Voting on the tentative agreement will be held electronically from 11/12 – 11/15. The bargaining team will hold two drop-in Q&A sessions about the TA on November 6 at 5pm and November 13 at 5pm.
