On February 25, the bargaining team signed three letters of agreement (LOAs) with management. Each agreement extends an existing policy.
- Clarification of Intent Concerning DDS Understanding & Workload Adjustment – LOA 10.1M-05-119.
- Overtime Straight-Time Eligible Positions—DDS Medical Consultants – LOA 32.1M-15-281.
- Criminal Records Check – Criminal Background Checks (OED) – LOA 132.1C-18-313.
These are extensions of existing letters of agreement. You can find them in the current contact under Appendix A (page 77) using the LOA numbers referenced above.
