Sign up here if you would like to speak on a General Council 2026 Resolution during the committee review period. If you want to speak to multiple resolutions, please sign up for each resolution separately. If you have a question and are not sure of your stance (Pro or Con) regarding the resolution, please pick one or the other so that you will be in line to speak.
The order that resolutions are brought before the committee will be made available and we will be sending out notifications through the event app as committees move to the next resolution. Staff will also be texting delegates choosing to speak to a resolution. Please be in the committee room and ready to speak when the resolution is called up!
