Ludwig, Darla – Sapphire: Candidate for Director

Hello, My name is Darla Ludwig. It has been an honor to serve as your representative on the SEIU Board of Directors for Region 6. I am asking for your support for another term so I can continue advocating for the members who make our union strong.

Throughout my time on the Board, I have remained committed to listening to members, representing your concerns, and working to strengthen our union. I believe every member deserves a voice, and I take seriously the responsibility of ensuring those voices are heard.

As a healthcare worker, I understand the challenges we face every day. Safe staffing, fair wages, quality benefits, workplace safety, and respect on the job are not just priorities—they are essential to providing the care our communities deserve. I remain committed to fighting for these issues while promoting transparency, accountability, and open communication within our union.

Serving on the Board has reinforced my belief that our greatest strength is our members. Together, we have accomplished meaningful work, but there is still more to do. I am committed to continuing to serve with integrity, fairness, and dedication.
