Strle, Ron – PACS: Candidate for Director (President)

My name is Ron Strle and I am running for President of the Nursing Home Sector of SEIU 503.

I have worked at Prestige now PACS for over 10 years now.

I have proudly served on the Nursing Home Council for the past eight years, and it has been an honor to represent our members. During that time, I’ve gained valuable experience advocating for nursing home workers and understanding the challenges we face every day.

If elected, I will continue working to strengthen our nursing home sector by advocating for better policies, improved working conditions, and practical solutions that make our jobs easier while ensuring we continue to provide high-quality care for our residents.

I am committed to listening to your concerns, representing your voice, and working together to build a stronger future for all SEIU 503 nursing home members.
