Questions about telework?
With the State reopening as of May 1st, 2022, many workers have been directed to come back to the office. Unfortunately we are seeing management denying full time or hybrid schedules to people that feel they can complete all or most of their duties remotely. If you feel you are being denied the full amount of telework that allows you to complete the duties of your position this may be a violation of Article 138 in our Union contract.
